Stripe Connect custom account
You connect your own Stripe account, Stripe runs KYC, platform fees are charged via fees:account. Daily payout to your bank account.
Weekly menus per institution or global
WeekPlan per calendar week, scoped globally, per institution type, or per institution. Cascading resolution — you only maintain the deviations.
Product variants and options
ProductOptionGroup with is_required, options with their own surcharge. Small/large, with/without sauce, bun type — all mapped cleanly to the price.
Cascading order cut-offs
DeadlineResolver with 6 priority levels: product > category > institution > weekday. Set the most specific rule once, the system applies the rest.
Closures + school holidays imported
Per federal state: school holidays from ferien-api.de, public holidays from Spatie Holidays. Manually created closures are never touched.
Multi-institution + groups per tenant
Multi-tenant architecture: one caterer instance, any number of schools / daycares / companies / homes, any number of groups per institution. Disabled categories per group.
Auto-order with category ranking
Eaters rank categories, the system picks the first available product per day after diet filter, closure check, deadline check, and budget check.
Bulk order for institution admins
Institution admin orders for a list of eaters at once — perfect for field trips, trainings, conferences. Deadline and closure checked per eater.
Aggregated invoice with FluxErp order
GenerateInstitutionInvoicesJob creates a monthly invoice per institution and a matching FluxErp order with one position per product+delivery date.
Push templates for eater communication
Five templates: PaymentReminder, MenuChanged, ClosureNotice, DeadlineReminder, GeneralInfo. Send per institution or group, Firebase handles delivery.

Stripe pays out on your agreed schedule and delivers clean statements. In the portal you see every order, payment, and status.
Billing FAQ
What happens with refunds?
If a parent cancels in time, Stripe refunds the payment automatically. You see the event in the portal – no manual transfer needed.
Who is liable in disputes?
The meal contract is between you and the parents. Stripe is liable for payment processing; for content disputes we support you with portal evidence.
Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes – during onboarding you connect a Stripe Connect account. Stripe handles KYC. Once approved, payments flow straight to you.

Per meal actually sold, no base fee, no contract lock-in. We discuss the exact terms with you individually.
